Delivery Charges

Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

All orders are dispatched immediately subject to availability. We target to dispatch within a week depending on the quantity and bulkiness of the order.

For any reason the items are out of stock and we cannot meet the projected time, customers will  immediately be notified.

Upon delivery of the order, we require a signature confirming item received. (Please arrange for someone else to receive the order and sign if you are not available).

Delivery fee is will be determined by the value and the quantity of the order. Delivery fee will vary from order to order and will be negotiated after confirmation of the order.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?

Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you place your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

 What if I miss a delivery?

If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. We’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

 How do I schedule my delivery? 

If you order any product that needs assembly, you’ll be able to schedule your delivery date and time in 4 simple steps:

  1. Add the product to your basket and proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your shipping address. You have the option to pin your location on Google Maps to help us find your address faster.
  3. Select your delivery date. Available dates will be highlighted in green. Alternatively, click on the default Express delivery date, highlighted in red on the calendar.
  4. Select a convenient time to receive your order.
